EPDM Roofing Systems

EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) that is widely used on low-slope buildings in Spring Valley, NY, and around the world. Its two main ingredients, ethylene, and propylene are derived from petroleum and natural gas. EPDM can be installed fully adhered, mechanically fastened, or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives or specially formulated tape.
